Hotel Rules & Guidelines

Dear Guest,
To ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines –

• Room check in is from 12 p.m. Check out is until 11 a.m

Guests are given the key upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms.
Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay the penalty of 2100/- INR.

Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered of the reception with a valid identity document.

Disturbing other guests are not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests or in other way break Hotel rules.

All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not closed properly.

• Hotel is entirely non-smoking zone. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance with this rule as per the guidelines of BIHAR GOVERNMENT, Hotel is not responsible.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception and is also on your key folder.
It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.

It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heating device inside the room.

• It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside to the hotel. Hotel keeps the right to move outside food and beverage.

• Hotel has arranged the parking in front of the hotel. Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking. Airport transfers are available 24 hours. The official price list of this service is published at the Reception.

For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is responsible to cover the cost of
damage to the Hotel.

• Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 08:00 p.m. In case of extended visit (after 08:00 p.m.), hotel will charge an additional amount.

In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the management of Hotel due to misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves its right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

Minibar is filled daily, Please fill-in the prepared form for the notification of your minibar consumption, and submit it to the reception prior to departure.

It is not allowed to carry out the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels). Food consumption on bed is prohibited, in case of stain, hotel will charge the amount of 1500/- INR.

If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us immediately, In case of late notice for any comp/sints that you might have, hotel has no chance to react. Those situations will not be considered as a reason for discount on accomodation rate.
